Program participation fee:

For participants in the optional EXPO 2025 Osaka tour the following logistics package is available and includes:

• Transfer from the conference hotel in Tokyo to the high-speed train station Shinagawa/Tokyo in a comfortable limousine bus (Sat, 4 Oct, 10.10 am gather in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo)

• Transfer of your luggage directly from Tokyo to Osaka (to the delegation hotel ALOFT, The Lively Osaka Honmachi, or Courtyard by Mariott Osaka Honmachi only!), luggage collection point: no later than 8.30 am on Sat, 4 Oct. at the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo

• High-speed train (Shinkansen) ride from Shinagawa/Tokyo to Shin-Osaka, departing 11.25 am (Nozomi No 345) from Shinagawa, arriving 13.45 at Shin-Osaka

• Lunch box on the train on Saturday

• Transfer from Shin-Osaka to the EXPO site (arrival approx. 15.00)

• Transfer from the EXPO site to the delegation hotel ALOFT in the evening of Sat, 4 Oct. (after the networking cocktail, departing 20.00, arrival at ALOFT approx. 20.30)

• Transfer from the delegation hotel ALOFT to the EXPO site on Sun, 5 Oct (departing 8.50 am from ALOFT lobby)

• Transfer from the EXPO site to the delegation hotel ALOFT on Sun, 5 Oct (late afternoon departing from EXPO site 17.00, arrival at ALOFT approx. 18.00)
