Program participation fee:

• EUR 200 (or JPY 32,500) per person for members of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and subsidiaries of Austrian (member) companies in Asia

• EUR 400 (or JPY 65,000) for non-members

For participants in the optional EXPO 2025 Osaka tour the following logistics package is available and includes:

• Transfer from the conference hotel in Tokyo to the high-speed train station Shinagawa/Tokyo in a comfortable limousine bus, Sat, 4 Oct:

  • 10.10 am at the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo

  • 9.50 am at the lobby of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi

  • 10.00 am at the lobby of the Candeo Hotel Tokyo Roppongi

• Transfer of your luggage directly from Tokyo to Osaka (to the delegation hotel ALOFT, The Lively Osaka Honmachi, or Courtyard by Mariott Osaka Honmachi only!). Luggage collection points in Tokyo, Sat, 4 Oct):

  • 7.30 - 8.15 am at the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo

  • 8.50 am at the lobby of the ALOFT Osaka Dojima

• Evening transfer from the EXPO with the following options:

  • Option 1: meet at 5.30 pm at the Austrian pavilion, arrive at hotels between 6.30 - 7.00 pm

  • Option 2: meet at 7.00 pm at the Austrian pavilion, arrive at Kansai International Airport approx. 8.30 pm
